However, broadband development in our country have been faced with the problem of not really fundamentally solved, that is the uneven development of urban and rural area, for some traditional underdeveloped region or topography is complex, the traditional cable way solving the problem of broadband household investment is huge, the bandwidth capacity is weak, cannot meet the demand of users access to the high-speed broadband access, arguably, broadband in rural areas is not only an important growth pole, broadband China is the biggest weakness of the "broadband China".With much land and few people in rural areas, complex topography. Rural residents’ demand for information is gradually increasing, so the broadband business has broad market space in the countryside. From the national rural development in the broadband business situation, the rural area is a great potential of development, how to fast, low cost of construction to provide broadband access service is a topic worth exploring.
