With the widespread use in military radar, the radar reconnaissance system is also increasingly important. To assess whether the radar reconnaissance system adapts to the requirement of the current environment, whether the design of radar reconnaissance system is reasonable, it’s necessary to conduct a comprehensive assessment for radar reconnaissance system. How to use the new technology in software field to solve the existing system problems in radar reconnaissance system, and how to make reconnaissance evaluation software to achieve reusable requirement is the theme of this article.Based on the requirements of software reuse, firstly analyzes the key technology of software reuse. Component technology as the core technology of software reuse is important for achieving software reuse. Therefore analyzes the software-based component of the development process. CBSD as a theoretical guidance, combined with systematic analysis of needs assessment and basic workflow of evaluation systems, we design an evaluation component library for radar reconnaissance evaluation system.Then according to data flow chart of evaluation system describes the theory and algorithms used by the basic components of the evaluation system. These basic elements are mainly two types, one for data preprocessing, one for data analysis. Data preprocessing can be subdivided into coordinate changes, time registration and singular value removed; and data analysis can be broken down into statistical analysis, mining analysis and efficiency analysis.Following the principles of standardization, hierarchical design and visualization have implemented the development of the system architecture and components. In standardization terms, designed a standardized data interface, standardized source framework and implemented a standardized components can generate code by automatic code generation tools. In hierarchical terms, from aspects of the system architectural and the component architectural, describes the software system-level design. In visual terms, provides a visual programming tool for the programmer, andprovides users a visual drag and drop interface,and a data display tools which enable users to use the evaluate system software simply and easily.Finally, implemented all interfaces that the radar reconnaissance evaluation software needs, and use this software to assess one reality radar reconnaissance system to confirm that the software is useful.
