In this context, the study of financial analysis and decision support system has a certain theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, based on a group of financial analysis and decision support system design and development, the article is studied in detail the systems business background and key technologies required for the system to do a need analysis, design and detailed module design. Focus on financial early warning system of the core, data analysis and processing, data storage, and system security modules are targeted analyzed in this paper. At present, the system has completed the budget management, cost analysis, investment appraisal and risk warning functions and has been operating as a company decision support system supporting partial success on the line, through a share block company and subordinate the practical application of this system, the results validate the overall design of each model of rationality and scientific and practical, and achieved very good results.
