With mobile Internet sweeping the world irresistibly, all sectors of society are revolutionized. A variety of new applications based on mobile Internet are continue to emerge. According to such a context and the widespread health concerns, a medical terminal based on ARM is proposed in this thesis. Physiological parameters is detected by the device, and the data is transmitted to the hospital or health center server via the Internet. These data can be extracted for the analysis as the basis for doctors to diagnose the disease. In addition, it can also help some patients to regularly go to a medical facility for treatment to save time. With good practical sense, service efficiency of medical institutions and relationship between doctor and patient can be improved relatively.Because of the powerful processing capabilities, s5pv210 from SAMSUNG can be used as the system processor in this thesis. For the front end of the physiological signal acquisition module, corresponding analog circuit is designed to amplify and filter the signal of human ECG, pulse, temperature signal meet the requirements of processors collection. Data is collected in memory of medical device. Then data could be transmitted to the server of medical institutions by WiFi.The Android system with the advantages of a stable, easy to use and open source, the system have been widely applied to a variety of hardware platforms. Software architecture of the Android system is studied in this thesis and hardware-software environment based on Android is achieved completely, including Boot Loader,Driver,Linux Kernel and Android system. The application that can achieve the acquisition, storage and real-time display of physiological parameters is developed based on the system. The virtual server on the PC is built by Tomcat and terminal uses Socket to connect with server-side. The ECG data would be as file to upload to the server for further processing.Separate telemedicine terminal based on ARM is proposed in this thesis. AD8232 is used to instead of the traditional discrete components, making noise can be effectively reduced and the signal integrity can be maintained. S5pv210 is selected as the Master chip, with its data processing capacity far exceeds previous single-chip solutions. The transplanted Android operating system could make the terminal run more smoothly and improve the user experience. Integrated Wi Fi could combine medical devices with the Internet in order to make communication with the server of medical institutions and realize remote sharing of measurement data.
