Design And Implementation Of The Chinese Learning System Combined With NLP Technology

In recent years, with the continuous improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength and cultural soft power, more and more people around the world to learn Chinese language, that causes the resources of teaching Chinese as a foreign language cannot meet the rapidly growing demand for learning. However, making use of computer technology to assist in learning Chinese, is an effective way to solve the urgent needs of Chinese learning.The rapid development of computer technology not only affects people all aspects of study, work, and life, but also provides a new way to solve problems, and produces new results. For instance, the Internet technology to achieve the sharing of rich learning resources, multimedia technology can provide the dynamic effect is more intuitive to help Chinese learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP) technology is endowed with Chinese learning human style. Therefore, it has extremely important practical significance to develop a Chinese learning system combining the network technology with Natural Language Processing technology, which achieve the purpose that it is convenient for people to obtain learning resources and reuse the resources.The thesis based on the research of Chinese learning systems, as well as the current development of Natural Language Processing technology, which designed and implemented a Chinese learning system combined with Natural Language Processing technology. We use Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2008 to set up a development environment for this Chinese learning system, and apply C# and JavaScript development language to develop. We also connect and access database by using ADO.NET technology and according to modular design method in the whole implementation process, so finally build a user-friendly, perfect function, high reliability and good scalability Chinese learning system with B/S structure. The module structure of this system can be divided into three parts, are the basic modules of the website system, learning modules for Chinese learning, and tool assistant modules combined with NLP technology. Among them, consonant vowel module, character pronunciation module, font learning module and Chinese idiom dictionary module, which are for the basic Chinese learning, and to provide users with the basic knowledge of Chinese learning. The system also collects a lot of relevant information of Chinese learning, it also can provide users with wide range of content about the development of modern Chinese, the basic knowledge of Chinese culture and so on, so the system can meet the user’s learning needs better. It is the characteristic of the Chinese learning system to make use of Natural Language Processing technology such as word segmentation and tagging, automatic summarization, sentiment analysis, to achieve three assistant tools are words learning, news summaries, and sentiment analysis. In the process of implementation, the system introduced ICTCLAS, as well as TextRank and LIBSVM Natural Language Processing models.
