With the application of new communication technologies and development of mobile Internet, the country’s mobile communication subscribers have reached the number of one billion. Because the fast application of mobile Internet applications, such as QQ, Weixin, Weibo and Hand Games, mobile communication subscribers have more requirements of mobile communication data service, but with higher requirements. The country’s mobile communication network construction has encountered construction period, development period and come to the era of stabilization. However, the stabilization period needs innovation, it has large number of subscribers, more requirements and high quality of service. In this way, it increases more work contents for mobile communication operator, especially mobile communication network optimizers. Consequently, applications bases on big data analysis techniques and deposit and analysis system bases on database techniques come out. At present, traditional human resource optimization methods and simple computer techniques’application can not satisfy the requirements of mobile communication subscribers, as a result, mobile communication network optimization work runs up to some kind of bottleneck.So far, at some place, mobile communication network subscribers’requirements mainly focus on network signal’s coverage and perception of network download speed. The optimization work of mobile communication network has attracted attention of amounts of network consulting companies, big data disposing companies and relative researching institutions. The article mainly propose multi-latitude optimization plans from points to lines and from lines to surfaces towards three aspects of daily mobile communication network optimization work, like drive test, background data analysis, network complains and so on. So we can comprehensively analyze the bottleneck of mobile communication network optimization work from full bearing and multi-angles, and provide corresponding resolve measurements and assistant application tools. Furthermore, we can save network optimizers’time and energy, and improve theirs work effects.The article comprehensively utilize mobile communication techniques, data mining techniques, cluster analysis techniques and relevance analysis techniques, and use methods of questionnaire, literature survey, demonstration analysis and theory complies practice to analyze and handle three latitudes’work bottleneck in mobile communication, like drive test, background data and network complains. Then we put forward three particular research contents:drive test data prediction bases on interference matrix, background data optimization bases on cluster analysis, network complains data analysis bases on relevance rules. At last, according to present situation of mobile communication, we prompt further research and future forecast towards user degree of satisfaction evaluation system. MASTER’S THESIS...
