Network Control System(NCSs) is composited of control technology, computer technology and communication technology, which is an integrated cross-disciplinary core component, in the last ten years, it has been rapid developed. It reflects the development trend of the cross, penetration and integration of theory and practice of various disciplines in the new era based on information-science. Network is considered as an information transmission medium for NCSs, and it is limited by the hardware technology of products, and carrying capacity and bandwidth resources are limited in it, especially when the same communication network are shared by the plurality of control loops, the system inevitably produce delay, packet loss and other issues, which leading to the instability and the decrease dynamic performance of system. Because NCSs is set in of the network and control system, so its performance depends not only on the use of the control algorithm, but also relies on the rational resource scheduling policy. The dynamic scheduling algorithm in NCSs is focsed in the paper, to achieve the maximum use of cyber source, improve the scheduling performance and control performance of the NCSs, The thesis is mainly carried out from the following parts:First, the NCSs research background of the paper are described, the significance of study NCSs and significant impact on production and life are obtained as well as. The basic question and its basic structure are detailed, followed by highlights of NCS scheduling concepts, three basic scheduling policy are introduced, finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the theory are proposed are verified by experiment;Second, aim at the impact of NCSs performance generated by the limited network resources, a dynamic scheduling strategy are proposed, A scheduling model of multi objects and multi controllers are established, and, between the objects and the controllers is not a one-to-one relationship, introducing the edge coloring algorithm in graph theory, and based on the row of class theory in Colleges and universities, scheduling of limited controller, effectively schedule, thus realizes the rational management of the limited cyber source, to improve the utilization rate of resources, through the example simulation verified through the stability of subsystems scheduling.;Then, the maximize preemption of resources is the biggest problem to result system crashes, which will directly lead to irrational allocation of resources, and may even reduce the stability of the system. The game theory in economics are introduced to solve problems in this paper, and the scheduling problem are discussed together with non-cooperative game and cooperative game, and the scheduling policy based on non-cooperative game and cooperative game are proposed, and finally the feasibility of scheduling strategy are demonstrated;Finally, the contents of this paper is summarized, some issues are raised, be aim at which is summarized, the prospects for research work are put forwarded.
