The integration of mobile communications and broadband wireless access technology is the needs of future mobile communications. The third generation of partner organizations (3GPP) started the long term evolution (LTE), its technical goals, including significantly increased peak data rates, spectral efficiency, reduced latency, scalable bandwidth, the whole packet switching and so on. Packet scheduling technology, which based on packet data transmission, is providing the available system resource allocation and multiplexing. It has become a core technology and to a large extent, it determines the system performance in TDD-LTE system."Game Theory", also known as strategy theory, originally is a branch of mathematics, but because it can solve operability analysis problems of the competition, which developed into a research area in economics. With the development of mobile communication, how to use the limited network resources to meet the growing needs of users is that the manufacturers and mobile operators need to solve. Game theory provides us such a tool that can analyze and solve this system resources competing problem. The paper based on cooperative game theory, packet scheduling algorithm for LTE systems and power control algorithm is studied in order to achieve the system throughput optimization under the premise of guaranteeing fairness. In this paper, firstly, LTE and scheduling technology-related key techniques are introduced, then introduces the principles of packet scheduling techniques and several classical scheduling algorithms, after that, a packet scheduling algorithm of Nash bargaining solution of cooperative game theory-based proposed, which is described from theoretical description to the algorithm process in details. Finally, the essay compared the proposed joint optimization resource allocation scheme with other traditional schemes through computer simulation. The simulation shows that the proposed joint resource allocation strategy achieves a good tradeoff between the system throughput and fairness, and it is a better resource allocation strategy.
