In the modern times of accelerating the informatization, for the application of wireless communication types, such as mobile phone, digital TV, satellite service, wireless low power consumption equipment, has been reflected in the various aspects of people’s life and work. Due to the growing demand for wireless communication in various fields, more and more users have connected to the network wirelessly (Wi-Fi) causing some spectrum bands saturated, and the development of the next-generation network like the Mobile Internet and the Internet of things has also made new demands for the spectrum resource. However, cognitive radio as the dynamic distribution of radio resource management techniques, can allow unauthorized wireless communications equipment intelligent detection and effective use of the idle resources in licensed bands of spectrum from the time and spatial spectral multiplexing.Power control technology can reduce the interference from the users of the system, and it also can maximize the system capacity, so that it can accept more users to carry on efficient communication. The system optimization technology is completely suitable for the application of cognitive radio systems. Thereby, the spectrum can efficiently service to users, the scarce state of spectrum resource can be solved, too. From the perspective of characteristic in cognitive radio technology, this thesis taking the distributed cognitive radio network as the background and based on game theory introduced, studies the mainly power control algorithms in cognitive radio networks and analyzes on the strengths and weaknesses of the algorithm, and proposes a new power control algorithm. The algorithm based on the nature of the power control technology in cognitive radio networks has established the distributed power control non-cooperative game model based on price factors and presented a new utility function. On this basis, an iterative algorithm is proposed for power control in cognitive radio networks and proves the convergence of the algorithm, and the algorithm is simulated with the parameters of radio communication. The simulation results indicate the superiority of the algorithm and show that the algorithm can not only satisfy the SIR requirement of the system, but also can make the power of cognitive users launch value iteration convergence to a balanced level. Meantime, compared with other algorithms, the algorithm reducing the power can also ensure the fairness of the system.
