The ideal of big data come to reality, with the rapid development of the mobile terminal, social networks, cloud technology and Internet of things, with the practice of the three major Internet giants-Baidu, Alibaba and Tencent, with the support of the data from "country road" to "highway" with the government 4G’s licensing. The information storm"of big data not only change our life, work and thinking, but also innovate the content management idea and the business strategy on internet media.Firstly, this paper discusses the evolution of the concept of network media and the definition of big data, through the analysis of the relationship of big data and internet media, support that the main factors of internet media use big data is: demand of market driving, broader industry application, diverse mobile terminal and rich online applications. At the same time, the big data has its unique characteristics in the internet media application, one is rapid growth and complex structure types, the other is rich user behavior and social relationships.We also think the change of big data in the application of internet media is mainly manifested in the marketing change, information revolution and business change.Secondly, this paper explore the digital content management of Internet media by the thinking of "big data ecosystem" while discuss how to use of digital assets to achieve the proliferation reasonable based on the theoretical framework of "big data ecosystem", from the inspect of data storage, data sharing, data retrieval, data mining, combining with case on our country and abroad, then make relevant advice to protect the copyright of digital content effectively and make a case analysis combined with Alibaba at the same time.Then, this paper discusses how management content on the internet media in the context of big data management countermeasures through the cases of BAT, Facebook and so on. We argue that:do a good job in CRM based on relational capital, do an accurate marketing based on RTB, carried out the SEM and redirect marketing based on the data, makes the O2O come true based on LBS and two-side code, hold on penetration of vertical industry, at the same time, demonstrates the new form of network media in the era of big data-intelligent media’s operationsFinally, this paper try to review Internet media from the perspective of social trust and humanism and put forward to improve Internet media’s credibility and the business of Internet media should makes people-oriented come true.
