With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, increasing range of people activities,which tends to irregularities, wireless location technology plays a very important role in our daily lives.In particular, the location in the geographic information system technology is widely applied.By understranding and summarizing positioning technology on LTE cellular mobile communication system, this paper introduces the common wireless location methods and some main positioning error, compares wireless positioning common progagation model by simulation, and finally find mostly the accuracy of the positioning method is not high, which cost high.This paper presents a LTE-MR location algorithm based on least squares, using the Okumura-Hara progagation model as the base station signal attenuation model, the level of signal is used to estimate the distance between the phone and the base station nearby, suppress errors by using seeking center of mass, use a known base coordinates and unknown location coordinates to represent the distance between the base stations, conduct simultaneous equations, solve the characteristic equation with Least squares estimation, get the coordinates of points unknown location.Use the exsiting TD-LTE system experimental data on the phone and base station to make theoretical analysis, put forward a improved positioning algorithm, make experimental analysis in real-world scenatios.The experiment use comparative analysis of variance,it indicate that the accuracy of positioning method is better than other conventional LTE-MR algorithm.In order to use localization algorithm more effectively in a real scenario, this paper designs and develops a location-based data analysis system for mobile phones.Faced with massive data,use the combination of MySql to manage and store. The system uses C# language as the main programming language, using the Visual Studio 2010 envrionment design and development. Detailed analysis the source code of SharpMap,based on the use of SharpMap engine implementation and operation of the map data.And the Achieved positioning data analysis system has a better display and analysis capabilites.
