With the rapid development of microelectronics technology, information technology and network technology, the exploitation of underground mines is also developing the information technology, automation, intelligent direction. Build an underground mine intelligent critical infrastructure systems is an important way to promote mining enterprises safe and efficient production. The current mining enterprises in terms of real-time information, and track perception underground personnel, monitoring and control of toxic and hazardous gases underground, visualization intelligent production can not meet the needs of modern mining.Based on intelligent mine project, combined with Western Mining’s main mine- xitiesan lead and zinc metal ore underground engineering structures, introduced the underground metal mines of lead and zinc production capacity, transportation systems and open up the status quo humanoid material transport systems, etc., describes the underground mine communication technology; detail planning and design of a new generation, self-organization, integrated communications platform Mesh Network self management; on the basis of this communication platform on the planning and design using portable gas detection alarm toxic and hazardous gas detection ventilation by installing ventilation parameter monitoring sites collect intelligence data lines connected to the RS485 bus between sub-stations and wind speed, air pressure sensors, and smart electricity meters, sub-stations and sensors and instrumentation, sub-stations and wireless adit mouth; monitoring bridge between the outdoor UTP twisted pair connection, integrated communications platform built directly from the hardware level; video surveillance of all monitoring points using ordinary digital camera can also be used for wireless video, video cable connector to access via BNC video server, or through a wireless Mesh network, converted into IP packets and transmitted over the integrated communications platform; underground mine design tracking perceived staffing Wi Fi RFID tags, integrated communications platform built on the wireless base station network, depending on the location of the base station and the corresponding algorithm to locate the tracking perception, real-time display personnel information, moving path, dwell time, etc.;-based virtual reality technique, three-dimensional model and mine project has been built on a high degree of sharing data with true three-dimensional underground scene as the background, show all application health subsystems, and data analysis, high level of integration in a unified software interface, data management of application subsystems, display and analysis; planning and design of monitoring and control, perception and virtual reality tracking integrated infrastructure systems; through large-screen display system for the design of this perception tracking, video surveillance, monitoring of toxic gases and ventilation systems of sensory information. In the intelligent building of the lead and zinc metal ores, reflects the people-oriented concept, to meet the actual demand, and promote the development of intelligent metal mine, played an exemplary role in the same metal mines.Based on the test results xitiesan lead and zinc metal ores showed intelligent mining of underground mine infrastructure system that can regulate the construction of intelligent system Mining Group mines, effectively increasing the Mining Group mines intelligence level reaches a predetermined design goals.The mine’s intelligent building has made some achievements, but there are still some questions that need further improvement, mainly in the underground part of the chamber communication signal coverage is not in place; smarter with integrated production control to give more consideration to the need to further optimize configure mining resources and management; intelligent rock drills, scrapers and mining vehicles and other modern equipment, and underground precise positioning and navigation technology, the need for further in-depth.
