Three-dimensional solid modeling is one of the core skillfulness of CAD,CAE, virtual reality and other computer-aided tools, The key and difficult studies of three-dimensional solid modeling is complex structures who has a hole,a station solid modeling, and the key of three-dimensional entities solid modeling are entities Boolean operations.In this paper, the important research is the complex plane intersection, cross-sectional strike, the key technologies of two dimensional Boolean operation in three dimensional solid Boolean operations. Through the depth analysis of the three-dimensional solid modeling theory, we propose a co nvenient computer programming algorithm, the algorithm is want to strike the intersection of inner two planes based on dimension reduction,in order to ensure the correctness and stability of the result of the operation; in order to get the cross-sectional,the paper designed a method,the method is combining surface of the ring structure and direction of the cross-sectional based on the intersection line; during the operation of within the crop and inside the crop of two dimensional Boolean operations, the paper designed inside and outside the crop cutting algorithm and give an approach to singular situation.Based on Visual C ++ 6.0 and Open GL development tools, some algorithms were successfully tested, the algorithm proved to be the correctness and feasibility.
