The Internet of things is an emerging technology in recent years.Now, with the cloud computing,the big data and the Internet technology,they have become the third wave of information industry.Among many of the technologies in the Internet of things.RFID technology is nowadays one of the most popular method,it is replacing the traditional contact IC card, and becoming a new trend in the field of smart cards. With the implementation of the strategy relying on science and education,colleges and universities are in a rapid development, by the way of enrollment expansion, but at the same time it also brings a lot of problem in campus safety management. Traditional campus one-card system can ensure the safety of the access identity, but there is no integration and we do not use them reasonably. Research and develop a new system to integrate resources,for the promotion of the Internet of things and RFID application,it has extremely important practical significance.The aim of this project is to design a campus authentication system,in this system we use RFID technology,establish an independent identity tags for each of the teachers and students, and collect information through the acquisition of RF receiver at the bottom, and through the upper machine to achieve the goal of statistics and management.Rf receiver is the key part of the design, it can read or write the data in the radio frequency card, additionally, card reader connected recognition system also can do very good encryption. This paper first introduces lot and the development of radio frequency identification technology. Secondly,make an overall analysis of the campus identification system. Combined with C/S mode and B/S mode,we put forward a new system architecture model.Hardware part of the system are reviewed in this paper,the MCU(C8051F020) development board as a whole and the read and write chip interface design and the realization of the hardware circuit.through the main control MCU programming, by controlling the RF reading and writing chip communication with RFID card (Mifarel) to complete the operations of the RFID card. For PC software part,we use Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 integrated environment, to complete the PC software part of the development and the basic page design.
