At present, PROFIBUS DP fieldbus technology is widely used in industrial automation systems, it is a kind of mainstream fieldbus technology. In practice, in order to quickly find faults and problems, and timely troubleshooting, PROFIBUS DP fieldbus Analysis Tools came into being. PROFIBUS DP fieldbus analysis tools can be used in the installation, commissioning and operation stages, to ensure normal operation of system. Excellent fieldbus analysis tools and good service support system can greatly ensure that PROFIBUS DP fieldbus is applied. The basic function of fieldbus analysis tools can monitor the operating status of fieldbus through the collected data, to determine whether the PROFIBUS DP fieldbus system is functioning properly.PROFIBUS DP fieldbus analyzer high-speed acquisition module based on FPGA master controller and high-speed ADC for fieldbus signal acquisition is developed, by studying the domestic and foreign development situation of PROFIBUS DP fieldbus analysis tools,and combining with the practical application of engineering technology and on-site needs.In the research, the application mode of fieldbus analysis tools is studyed, according to the application model and functional requirements definition, the overall design scheme of PROFIBUS DP fieldbus analyzer is completed; and PROFIBUS DP fieldbus analyzer high-speed data acquisition module is divided into the USB data transmission, the FPGA data processing digital system, PROFIBUS DP fieldbus physical layer communication and system power, according to these four parts, it is designed in detail. Then combined with signal integrity issues, a reliable circuit board is designed. AD controller, SDRAM controller, USB controller of the high-speed acquisition module are designed by the tool of FPGA development according to the process of FPGA design. Finally,the circuit board is connected to the experimental platform to verify the feasibility of high-speed acquisition module and the desired function.
