Wireless sensor network is made up of many low-cost sensor nodes. These nodes can develop a network in the manner of self-organization. In WSN, sensor nodes collect data from the monitoring area, and analyzing and managing these messages, finally to send these information to the network owner. In the research of wireless sensor network, routing algorithm is one of the main contents of its research. Its main role is to find the best route between head node and destination node, and then to dispatch the data along the selected path. In WSN routing algorithm design,Often using data fusion technology,This happens at the network layer of WSN.In the forward information stage, these network nodes merge the collected messages together, gain an message which is more accurate, more complete, and more conform to the requirements of the users.This not only makes the information flow in the network propagation to decrease, also can effectively reduce the network power consumption, thus increase the life time of the network. Therefore, on the basis of the wireless sensor network(WSN), this paper research the routing technology based on data fusion, and the main research content and outcomes are as follows:First, generalize the current situation of wireless sensor network and routing protocol, and study the characteristics and the applications about data fusion technology. At the same time, the current existing routing algorithms based on data fusion are analyzed, found that clustering topology is used in WSN data fusion is easy to manage and maintain, and the network is good in scalability, and suitable for the large-scale network.Second, in order to make up for the inadequacy of LEACH agreement, this paper proposes a new algorithm-DFRA. DFRA algorithm mainly includes three phases: developing the cluster, the construction of the fusion tree, the data transmission stage. Among them, the current energy of nodes is the evidence for the selection of cluster head nodes, in the process of developing the fusion tree, will thinking about node communication costs, finally in the process of data transmission using the improved fusion algorithm.Thirdly, setting up the OPNET simulation environment, the DFRA algorithm is simulated and analyzed about the energy consumption, the number of survival nodes and the network traffic. Simulation results show that, compared with LEACH, DFRA can effectively reduce the energy of the network and the network traffic, then increase the number of survival nodes, prolong the network life-cycle.
