With the deepening process of globalization and socialization, english learning is of more importance nowadays. English is not only a language but also an international communication tool. It has become one of the essential skills of contemperal elite. Futhermore, vocabulary as the building stone of English learning, its importance is obvious to say. Facing the reality of great difference of vocabulary volumn between American and Chinese students and the great market of massive and varied English examination, the studying subject of’Research of English Word Memory Model Based on Biology Memory Thoery and its Application on Mobile Devices’do have its research and social significance.To improve the efficiency of memory, this paper starts from the biology model on which we have made deep and thorough research and analyze. It studies the memory process of cognitive psychology, the Ebbingaus forgetting curve, serial position effects, builds up the theoretical model of biology memory, and apply its characteristics on the final project application.Firstly, this paper establish the mathmetic model for biology memory theoritical model. It uses least-square method for liner regression of Ebbingause experiment data. The candidate functions are a group of simple function like exponent, power, and log function. The regression result approves that the power function fits best with its fitness factor r2 reacheing 0.9938.Secondly, we propose a dynamic algorithm for biology memory based on its model.This algorithm will require user self-evaluated memory volumn every time a word item is being memorized, then it will dynamically calculate the current momery curve accorrding to the mathematic model of biology memory, and predict next review time based on this curve. Every word item has a group of different dynamic memory curve to trace the user’s memory so that this algorithm could autofit individual user and word item by adjusting the review plan, even under the delay or over review conditionsThirdly, this paper describes the concrete project application, including application platform selection, module interaction, database structure and user interaction design. The final design of the application integrates tightly with module interation and database structure, while presenting a novel and unique appearance from the point of users.Last but no least, the paper compares the adaptness, rationality and effectiveness of biology memory model in experienment and prove its research result and feasibility from theory and practice respects. The experiment data demonstrate that using mobile application of English vocabury memory based on biology memoery theory, could reach better memory effect and raise the momory efficiency by about 35%。...
