As is known to all, vocabulary memory is the most basic requirement of language learning, in English learning, English words vocabulary directly related to the learners’listening, speaking, reading and writing ability. Under the traditional paper medium, learners can be linear only words learning and memory, without any interactivity. With the rapid development of the intelligent mobile terminal equipment, all kinds of English words mobile learning software appeared on the market. These learning software make English words memory become diversification.To a certain extent, that improved the efficiency of English vocabulary memory.The author by collect, study, analysis, comparison, comprehensive on the market for word memory softwares in the theoretical basis, learning software function design, interface design, and implementation principle, the advantages and disadvantages of and then using Crailk and Lockhart cognitive processing hierarchy theory to guide design vocabulary learning function module; Use of ebbinghaus forgetting curve method for English words memory management functions; The art of using multimedia image art design rules to guide the software interface design, functional menu navigation and interaction of different control; Using artificial intelligent algorithm combining ladder ebbinghaus memory curve design vocabulary review module, so as to realize the word memory management functions.This software is in the Android platform for development testing.Android provides developers with a very liberal environment, for mobile application development provides a good environment. The software system is realized by the MVC hierarchical design,and using the Sqlite database technology to achieve a thesaurus of storage and read function, using the AchartEngine engine to achieve learning record chart display and using the ebbinghaus forgetting curve combined with genetic algorithm to achieve review phrases intelligent extraction, finally achieved a mobile learning English word memory management software.
