Positive psychology advocates the positive aspects of study as the main body of the people. The traditional psychology mainly focuses on studying the problem from the perspective of human nature. Now it turns to promote better communication between people and the harmonious development of man and society through developing, mining good virtue. It is also working with today’s society advocating "positive energy" the theme of the summit.Due to the rise of the network and the development of prosperity, The "global village" predict of Marshall Mc Luhan became a reality. Ever the news you are hard to get now can receive these fast through the network platform, not only such,citizens can also use network involved in the group affairs. The convenience provides opportunities and channels for frequent occurrence of group affairs. For some group affairs, citizen participation is not only a rhetoric but a practical action to participate in.Throughout the development of group affairs, despite the disorder of group affairs frequently occurs, but from time to time in disordered cracks it appears orderly participation phenomenon. Especially in recent years, group affairs happen more and more orderly. In the "positive energy" of social background, this study uses the positive psychology theory to explore the relationship of positive personality and orderly citizen participation in the network group affairs.This thesis is divided into five chapters. Online text analysis is based on "new culture network" and "CCTV news" this twoMicro-blog users that released more than 2500 comments about "304" affair in Changchun.Through the analyze on the case of infanticide in order to explore the positive personality traits of citizens. Questionnaire method is released through the network questionnaire on different aspects such as age, education, gender, begotten situation of 150 citizens in the investigation. this study aims that from a different approach, a traditional psychology research perspectives, from positive aspects which the positive traits citizens themselves have to explore the relationship between the positive personality and orderly participation, starting from the conclusion, put forward the strategies, from theory to practice to construct a harmonious society.Through empirical research, draw the following conclusion: In the network group affairs,citizen participation shows "goodness", "to love and be loved", "passion", "cooperation", "insight" these kinds of positive personality traits, "goodness" this positive personality reflects most obviously, "insight" reflects relatively the weakest; gender, begotten situation, education, and hometown are the main factors that influence the citizen positive personality, gender has the greatest influence; There is an extremely significant correlation between citizen positive personality and orderly citizen participation.
