With the development of economy, the enterprise management idea constantly progress, many enterprises realize that take the customer as the center is the only way to success on today’s market competition. The enterprise management core changes from the.original product centered to the customer centered, from the original large-scale production to one-on-one personalized service. The independent and vertical sales, marketing, customer service and technical support departments architecture of traditional enterprise, brings communication barrier between departments, which make it difficult to focus on customers coordinately in the business. The enterprise can’t conservation and utilization client resources effective. As the solution of enterprise customer relationship management, CRM system gather the current newest information technology, condenses the marketing management concept, get the enterprise customer resources integrated, and make the business processes coordinated, not only strengthen the enterprise’s understanding of the customer, but also make the company focus on making marketing strategy and system for customer development. Finally, provides powerful support for enterprise decision making, and provide customers the most satisfactory service.Since 2012, as the HTML5 specification finalized, Web2.0 technology became more and more matured, and because of the popularity of mobile intelligent device, CRM industry is experiencing a revolution:The service of CRM system become RESTful, the front end application become rich, and user platform become diversified. In this paper, we take a practice based on the upgrading project of a bank CRM system, using the latest Microsoft lightweight framework ASP.Net Web API to build Web Services following enterprise SOA architecture, make enterprise Web Services more concise and flexible, broaden the service platform supported, and satisfy the user’s requirement. CRM application mainly manage the events and meetings between the enterprise user and customer, and the record analysis, further strengthen the relationship between enterprise and customer. The system using latest HTML5 technology, combining with Kendo UI framework, realization a rich application, separate client business logic from service, rich the page UI effect, improve the efficiency of data interaction, more importantly enhanced user experience.By constructing this system, we improved the simplicity and flexibility of the Web Services, expanded the data type supported, increased the compatibility on cross-platform. The CRM application further strengthen the contact between enterprise and customer, perfect the management of customer relationship. The successful development of the whole system, save the cost and shorten the development cycle for the enterprise, has brought huge benefits on the economic costs and time costs. Meanwhile, the completed CRM system, provide a strong guarantee for enterprise’s business.
