The Designment And Implementation Of Universal Platform For Shared Services

The rapid development of economy has promoted the rapid growth of multinational corporations in the number and scale.Under this background,the model of shared services management has been applied by more and more companies.The shared service model can bring the relevant staff in different branches of enterprises to work together,leading to improving the efficiency of the work and optimizing the allocation of resources.This paper is based on the internal project of Shanghai Hand Enterprise Solutions Company Ltd,which aims to develop a system platform for application sharing services.This paper fully analyzes the requirements and technical feasibility of the common platform for the shared services,then,adopting the MVC design pattern,develops the program background of the platform using the SSM framework,and the Bootstrap and Kendo UI framework are also used to implement front-end MVVM pattern in condition of the Redis as cache database to optimize the performance of the system.Two core modules of this platform are process sharing and data sharing.The process sharing module is mainly responsible for the creation and operation of the work orders,which allows employees to process handle together.Diversified process of work orders can be created by the right option configuration to realize the universality of the platform.The work order node in this platform has two processing status,pushing and pulling,and the group leader has the authority to assign nodes,which makes the nodes are process quickly and increases the work efficiency.The employee performance indications can be extracted from the historical data of the nodes,by using the analytic hierarchy to get employees performance,that provides provide the fair and reasonable principle for selecting right candidates.The setting of data report in data sharing module is flexible.The column and parameter of the query can be obtained by configuring data source and writing and parsing the SQL.In addition,column styles and relationships can also be set,as well as the widget type of the parameters,to get a data report checked.The report can be manually mounted on the menu bar,and the user can query data in the report.Finally,Qaurtz framework can also be used in the platform to support the exporting of millions of data at regular time.The platform has the function of multi language switching,except for its universality,flexibility and efficiency,that enables the users to switch working language freely when making use of the platform and meets the needs of some multinational companies.The platform has passed functional tests and performance tests,which proves that all the functional requirements of it have been completed and performance indicators have also been achieved.Most of the functions have been available,and the running state of the platform is stable since this platform was put into operation.
