Wireless Sensor Network(Wireless Sensor Network) is a technology,which combines sensor technology, modern network and wireless communication technology, distributed information processing technology and other areas of technology, is one of research hot spots today.It has wide application in the military, precision agriculture, health care, environmental monitoring and urban intelligent transportation, especially in the patient’s data collection, mobile observation, real-time monitoring, etc, playing an important role and how to guarantee the patient’s information security is the key of wireless medical sensor networks.In this paper, based on wireless sensor network in the field of medical application characteristic and the sensor node itself limitations, this paper proposes a suitable for WSN chaotic encryption algorithm, and carries on the data compression processing.First of all, it summarizes the concept and characteristics of wireless sensor network and a variety of security threats, and introduces the theoretical basis of chaotic encryption and the similarities and differences between traditional cryptography.Secondly, in view of the medical information is easy to leak and the shortage of the existing encryption algorithm, this paper proposes a grouping of wireless medical sensor network based on chaotic encryption algorithm.This method will introduce the chaotic thoughts to encryption algorithm in wireless sensor network(WSN), adopt Feistel network structure, and its core function is improved. In the case of limited accuracy, under the condition of the chaotic mapping to an integer, and taking into a long period, the sequence of good randomness to eliminate the phenomenon of short cycle of an exclusive or operation, making the chaos system can retain its pseudo randomness, initial value sensitivity and nonlinear characteristics, improving the safety performance, saving the energy consumption at the same time.Again, in view of the medical ward such as the huge volume of data, high redundancy, simple structure, strong real-time performance, designing a data compression algorithm based on regression model. When the fluctuation of collected data is bigger, dynamically adjusting the sampling time, changing the parameters of the regression model and reconstructing unary linear regression model, the compressed data is closer to the real data value change. The compression algorithm shows good compression performance, and prolongs the network lifetime effectively. In addition, according to vital signs in priority to the importance of the division, guarantee the real-time data transmission.Finally, the chaotic encryption algorithm, the compression algorithm and priority setting carry on the implementation and analyzed of module. Showing that the presented chaotic encryption algorithm has a good confusion and diffusion characteristics, making sure that the safety of the patient data.In addition, the compression algorithm effectively reduces the redundancy of data, reduces the energy consumption of wireless sensor network node, achieves remote monitoring the patient’s vital signs at the same time, making the doctor can timely understand the status of the patients and the purpose of treatment is given. The priority setting in transmission module make emergency data to be transmitted to the monitoring center as soon as possible, striving for the treatment of time.
