With the development of economy in our country, companies and logistics industries have much more requirements on the warehousing systems. The change of storage’s temperature、 humidity and other environment factors will cause a great impact on the storage and transport of goods. Traditional storage environment monitoring system needs people record and watch state of the equipment by them, even worse, the measurement is not accurate and the data can’t be used effectively. By contrast, the emerging storage environment monitoring system does not have the old system defects; it contains the remote monitoring technology and computer network technology and becomes simple and effective. The emerging storage environment monitoring system has been widely used.The paper proposes a multi-sensor remote monitoring system of storage environment based on data fusion. This system is designed by the Web technology. We use the ZigBee technology to collect the real-time temperature、humidity and light intensity, and then, using multi-sensor adaptive weighted fusion algorithm of the data fusion processing, to improve the accuracy of the data. Finally, we can use the computer to monitor the change of the parameters and make the most appropriate decision.Firstly, the paper introduces the background and significance of the research, then describes the research status of the warehousing environment remote monitoring system, and presents the overall design of the system architecture. Secondly, the work introduces the relates concepts and algorithms of the data fusion for estimating process the original data from the multiple sensor, the system determines the self-adaptive weighted algorithm based on multi-sensor data fusion is the mainly way by comparing a variety of algorithms. The algorithm could achieve the aim of improve the accuracy of measurement data and reduce the redundant data and enhance the rate of network transmission, at last the research verified its applicability through the MATLAB software.The warehousing environment remote monitoring system is made up of the on-site monitoring system and the remote monitoring systems. This paper completed the development of remote system based on B/S mode under the Internet environment mainly, the work includes a thorough research and recommend about the system architecture and software implementation technology. The paper describes the storage environment remote monitoring system’s demand analysis, development process, the overall framework and the realization procedure of each module, it states the system developing platform and development tools. Finally, the system achieved the function of real-time query, data download, remote equipment control and so on.
