Decision analysis system is useful for hospital information manpower, funds, programs and contracts as well as equipment and other resources for effective integration, multi-level institutes, resource sharing and information to help institutions leaders at all levels to understand and monitor unit operation, to detect emerging issues, also it can help leaders at all levels to make auxiliary institutions management decisions.Through rigorous research process, project is able to complete the function of the system, non-functional requirements describe the system architecture design, system detailed design, the use of middleware-based framework of B/S/S three-tier computing model architecture build business software based on Struts framework based on MVC pattern and IoC patterns Spring framework and object/ relational mapping framework Hibernate. Using ORACLE database, the use of object-oriented design approach to performance data between relational data model, and strictly follow the provisions of data standards to define the database structure, and using a common structured query language to construct a database application. Ultimately it can accomplish the function of the system, non-functional requirements, making South Network research centers, which each leader can be more convenient to achieve decision analysis and judgment.Due to KPI index data system capacity, not only the relationship is complex, also there is a chain to connect each other, also it needs strict, accurate and careful design in the establishment of index models, the system finally achieved the goal of functional decision analysis.
