Employment Information Network Planning And Development

With the rapid development of network technology and Internet popularization, it becomes one of the subjects researching on graduates employment management that how to import network information management module. Graduates employment management is an important composition of school management. Establishing a network of graduates' employment information can greatly improve management efficiency and service quality. It can provide a bridge of human resources information between graduates and employers accurately and quickly, and provide decision basis for school management level. The author offers individual opinion on how to plan and build graduates employment information network based on her comprehensive analysis of the business specialty of graduates employment information management, as well as her consideration on the actual needs of her school. This paper especially researches on the skills of requirement analysis, design and realization, etc. which run through the website development process. It provides good reference for those managers of graduates' employment information.The following research tasks have been done in this paper:(1) Analyzed the business requirement of graduates' employment information management and the features of website projects, and offered individual opinion on how to plan and build employment information network from the aspect of software engineering theory.(2) Analyzed the status of current employment website in China, researched the website construction technology suitable for this system, including network, ASP, IIS and network database, etc, discussed the technology and realization method that the website embedded ASP script accesses to network database. A solution to employment information network based on ASP script is given.(3) Used successful experience of employment information website of civil universities, considered local specialty, directed by software engineering theory, used 00 technology and UML modeling tool, discussed key points of requirement analysis and design modeling. An UML modeling method is given in modeling process.(4) Considering local application development environment, B/S structure with IIS+ASP technology is selected, SQL2000 is selected as backend database. The key technology and application of system design and realization is discussed as emphasis.
