So according to the specific situation of Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College to set up international trade course, to establish a simulation teaching system of international trade, these can improve students’ practical ability, strengthen students’ understanding for international trade and create more opportunities on international trade for the country.Through analysis the needs of international trade simulation teaching system of Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College, to determine the system structure using J2EE architecture, and combined with the SSH framework for the design, it show four layers of structure layer, control layer, business logic layer and data layer. The system uses SQL SERVER 2012 to design the database, using JDBC technology to realize database connection.The international trade simulation teaching system of Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College is divided into five parts, system management, import and export business, import and export bank function, production function and auxiliary function. On administrator side of system is includes three functions:Information management, teacher management and product classification; on teacher side of system is includes: user management, class management, system settings and management of four functional components. Importer and exporter function is consisting with five functions: personal settings, financial management, inventory management, business management and customer management. Import and export bank functions are includes:enterprise information management, payment management, credit management and documents and papers management. Producer function is includes:enterprise management, contract management, financial management, cargo management and payment management of five functional components. Auxiliary function is consisting with insurance company management, industry Bureau management, Custom management and management of State Administration of Foreign Exchange, Freight forwarding management.The establishment of international trade simulation teaching system of Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College, Will improve the situation on international trade course of Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College, improve the quality of teaching, and improve the students’ ability in international trade transactions, to train more talents of international trade for the country at the same time.
