Abstract/Summary:
With the development of power supply enterprise business management more complex, and therefore need a professional management software. We use Java as the implementation language, Eclipse as a runtime environment, SQL-Server as the database, the realization of the county power supply enterprise project management system. This platform includes creating a formal project, articulated pre-project documentation, project assignment, create a modified project structure, entry Project budget, budget estimates and adjustments budget assigned functions.In this paper, the way of object-oriented is used. The system selects UML Unified Modeling Language for project management related business requirements analysis and system design. C/S mode is chosen as architecture to achieve a pre-project management process project management, project planning, project services contract is signed, the project started preparation, project implementation management, project manual and settlement. To enhance the security of the system, it uses permission-based project management roles. In order to achieve an externally supplied data information sharing system, the system uses external query interface providing query service mechanism.This paper analyzes the development background and development of the system at home and abroad, describes the main issues to be solved and introduce the main work of this paper. System requirements analysis using the flow chart and case diagram to represent the main users of the system needs to start from a functional description of requirements and non-functional requirements in two ways. System architecture is divided into presentation layer, business logic, data access layer as well as data layer. The overall design of the system start the business from the system architecture, the overall architecture, deployment architecture, functional architecture and so on. The properties and methods of the class are determined on the basis of system requirements analysis and architecture design on the detailed design of the system. System implementation section describes the pre-project management module, including the creation of a formal project definition, pre-project documentation attached, create a modified project. Finally, to test the system, this paper select the test environment to determine the testing process, the results and performance analysis.Now, part of the system has been used successfully by many county power supply enterprises. It has a great effect and makes the cultivation management of project.
