In this context, this thesis project management status Marina Municipal Corporation, with the current mature software development technology, puts forward the research and construction project management system.This thesis presents the design and implementation Marina Municipal Corporation project management system, the program is based on J2EE multi-tier application model and the MVC design pattern, combined with SQL Server 2005 database, using the Java programming language to achieve multi-layered architecture of information management systems. In this thesis, follow the steps of software development, from requirements analysis, system design, coding, testing, implementation and system development process is discussed in detail aspects of project management systems. In the system requirements analysis part, through in-depth exchanges and communication with users, organize and complete the functional requirements of the target system, the system examples and analysis of data flow with; in system design, completed the technical architecture, function modules and database design, detailed design process and system critical function modules are described; part in system implementation, focusing on the implementation process gives each functional module; finally completed functional testing and performance testing of the system, given analysis of test results. Target system through the program flow chart approach gives approval process management, project management, detailed engineering design process management modules, and lists the operating interface of each functional module.After commissioning, project management system has been formally lines used on the Marina Municipal Corporation, application results show that the system for coastal municipal company provides an information network management platform, effectively alleviate the working pressure of the company’s project management staff improve work efficiency, but also makes the company’s market competitiveness has been effectively improved.
