Therefore, the design and implementation of a handheld operation and maintenance system become a necessity for Jining Mobile.Jining Mobile handheld operation and maintenance system is based on Android platform and built in Java. The hierarchical logical structure of business application layer, component application layer, and system service layer is applied to improve systematic scalability, customization, and security. Concepts of loose coupling and high cohesion are used to enhance the system’s scalability and cross-platform availability. This system needs to be deployed on the X86 device that supports Tomcat, AIRGIS, Oracle and other open sources and third-party commercial software. To ensure the unity and integrity of the information, SQL SERVER 2012 is selected as the database.Distribution and supervision of work orders, troubleshooting, verification archiving, post inspection are realized in the system. Distribution of work orders makes the direct delivery of work documents and position navigation a reality. Supervision of work orders offers the escrow staff choices between listening to voice supervision sent by escrow officers and checking the SMS supervision. Troubleshooting accomplishes Chinesization of alarm content and the three functions of correlation analysis, ring alarm and fault assistant. Verification archiving mainly focuses on escrow personnel’s business test, including on-site test and operational test. Post inspection establishes resource verification and escrow inspection.The Android-based Jining Mobile handheld operation and maintenance system is flexible to all kinds of APPs and makes it possible for escrow staff to handle their work anytime, anywhere. The implementation of this system promotes Jining Mobile company’s reform of centralized operation and maintenance system, saving a lot of labor hours and supporting operation and maintenance organization’s flattening.
