The Design And Implementation Of Engineering Project Contractor Management System For Group Army

In order to improve the system of army to manage the outsourcing project to ensure project quality, safety and other factors, how to strengthen the army carried contractor management has become a common problem faced by army. As we all know, a good contractor management system not only can complete the project in a short time, but also save the cost of army project. Instead, the contractor’s mismanagement will bring immeasurable loss to army projects. Before the project began, we need for contractor safety education and training, and regular review to project acceptance and other operations.In the process of design and implementation of this system, we used B/S structure to design, which will be the core functionality of the system concentrated in the server, the client user could obtain functions by sending a request. When designing the system code, we used high security Java language, and selected the J2EE platform framework to design the system architecture. And the system level architecture will use the Hibernate framework, Spring framework and other technical design of the system architecture. In addition, we selected the Oracle lOg database system for data structure to design.The modules this system has implemented are contractor information management, start preparing management, access plant management, risk mortgage payments, recording and evaluation of incentive management, statistical analysis management. Functions in the project contractor information management module contain project information management, information contractor management, working in high-risk management; functions start preparing modules includes recommended contractor management, process management, and start approving single management; risk mortgage payment management module contains maintain the risk of mortgage payments and the deposit details of management; recording and evaluation in incentive management module contains live monitoring management, rewards punishments record browsing, management and contractors contractor score scores browser; statistics functional analysis module contains rewards statistic and punishments contractors statistics, statistics and documents for phase fraction browsing.The design and Implementation of an army contractor project management system can effectively improve contractor productivity, improve project quality and in terms of faster project schedule, etc., and it will play an active role.
