With the rapid development of data business in communication area,2G traditional mobile network has been unable to meet the business needs of users, even later 3G network is also somewhat stretched with the explosive growth of data services. WLAN can effectively address business demand for high data traffic areas as a complement to traditional mobile networks.Most data traffic occurs indoors, making indoor coverage system be the main way to high data traffic areas, early WLAN indoor coverage is more for cafes, railway stations, airports and other crowded hotspots, such sense is more open, usually effective coverage of WLAN can from tens of meters to 100 meters, users can access high-speed network with the terminal support WLAN, high-speed data services demand more and more indoors with the surge in demand in recent years, it hasn’t been able to meet the coverage and capacity requirements by simply laying an AP in the room, given the experience of succeeding in GSM indoor coverage system, the major operators have gradually started building WLAN indoor coverage system, it usually multi-use 2G,3G, WLAN network in indoor coverage to save costs, the transmission power of AP is much smaller than 2G,3G source,so it is combined in the end of a system to achieve balance of each antenna port power of three systems. With the equipment supports 802.11n standard increasingly used in indoor coverage system, operators are increasingly building dual indoor system more and more to give fully play to the advantage of MIMO technology.Because of various reasons from outdoor case, we can also consider using WOC to build WLAN indoor system that cannot be built in ordinary ways. It should be noted that the way from outdoors needs to fully assess the capacity requirement, because the 2.4GHz band has only three non-interfering frequencies, they can’t be multiplexed in isolated outdoor environments, so it can’t meet the needs for high-speed data services, and its capacity of indoor coverage is limited, it can’t cover deeply. WOC relies on exiting cable TV network, it does not apply to most of the property points, only a way as a reference.In this paper, recommendations are made to varieties of WLAN indoor coverage system.
