The Study On The Revolution Of Operating Of Radio And TV Industry Toward Corporate

With the sustained development of the socialist market economy, Chinese revolution of old structure has been extending to the utility unit. The classification measure of utility unit’s legal body is established during the planned economy. It has exposed its historical limitations in present stage and it cannot be contained every kinds of legal body completely in fact. As a member of utility unit’s legal body, the radio and TV industry in China facing kinds of contradictions. In this academic paper, the writer started with the theory about public corporation and private juridical person and take the Inner Mongolia Radio and TV Station as an example; analyze the defect in radio and TV system. Try to recompose the content of rights and responsibilities of the investors of Radio and Station. Analyze its poverty liability, media profit feature and public duty. In order to build a system that is fits development of market economy, structure a new management method of corporation aggregate.
