Disappear like a spin on the military and civilian have a wide range of applications, it is an important application in image processing, it is a picture of the original by rotating the image processing, in order to get positive image. With all that way, they use the despun instructions are the same, only is to make the image rotation is different methods, or ideas.Aiming at weeks depending on the photoelectric aiming system seen in mechanical connecting rod transmission device to realize optical away like a spiral case, this paper analyzes the current the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional optical away like a spiral. By simplifying the mechanism, and transform the original transmission system is put forward, designed with the aim to control torque motor, through the position encoder calculating observation Angle of the drive system.By analyzing the working principle of the system, this paper discusses the overall planning, system design of hardware circuit in the selection of main components, the article also introduces the PID control theory, each link carries on the detailed analysis of the control object, establish the mathematical model of each link, using current loop and position loop, double loop control system model by using frequency domain method of classical control system for the correct design, mathematical model of system, using MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation of control system of the typical situation.According to the system of real-time control in the process of requirement, the main design digital signal processor (DSP) as the core of the digital control and analog drive circuit, establish the platform hardware drivers, adopts digital control method to realize the Angle signal receiving and processing, and drive dc motor to realize high precision control of don’t han prism rotation.Finally, through the hardware platform of related hardware and software testing, the results of simulation and experiment results contrast analysis, the analysis results show that the designed digital control hardware platform can meet the requirements of precision and real-time performance, improve the stability and reliability of the system.
