The elevator door controller is a very important part of elevator systems. But thereare still many problems in the existed elevator door control systems. Therefore, it ismeaningful to design a kind of controller that has high performance and reliability. Forthis purpose, this paper designs and develops a door controller driving the permanentmagnet synchronous motor(PMSM).Firstly, mathematic model of PMSM in d-q coordinate and vector control principleare studied. The principle and realization method of space vector pulse widthmodulation (SVPWM) technique are emphasized. Initial rotor position detection,startup of motor, dead time compensation and forecast current feed-forward control arealso studied deeply in the paper in order to enhance the performance of doorcontroller.According to the dicussed principle, this thesis builds the simulation modelbased on Matlab/simulink. The simulation results show the method is effective.Secondly, the digital signal controller dsPIC33FJ64MC510A of MicrochipCompany is used as the main controller of the system in the design of hardware. Mainpower circuit, power supply circuit, detection circuit, user interface circuit, drivingcircuit and protection circuit are designed in details in the modularization sequence inthe paper. In the design of software, the design of speed curve of the elevatordoor-motor is emphasized. The software to realize speed regulating, forecast currentfeed-forward control, detection of current and speed of PMSM and self-learning ondoor-width and so on in the elevator door-motor control system are involed in thepaper. The flow charts of the software are also given in this paper.At the end of this paper, the experimental results are presented, analyzed brieflyand show that this controller is reliable and satisfies the requirements on the whole,which can be broadly applied in industrial field....
