Design And Implementation Of Medium Wave Navigation Ground Equipment Simulation Training Device

In promoting reform tide of military, it has gradually occupied the leading to carry out military training based on simulation method in the people’s Liberation Army information construction.The navigation simulation training system designed in this paper has high performance and stability. It is easy to use and can be used to replace the current usage of force training equipment, meanwhile enhancing the efficiency of military training.The overall design of the simulation training is divided into two parts:software and hardware.IN the hardware aspect, training simulator in appearance to the proportional size exactly copy the actual equipment. Selection of general digital acquisition card, the independent development of the complete data acquisition and playback function. Transferred to computer by RS232 communication mode, USB data acquisition card, the datahas 16 digital output channels,8 analog input channels, and a LCD graphic LCD control interface, digital LCDcontrol interface and the audio amplifying circuit. In this paper the development process, the data acquisition cardaround the MCU, FPGA, DDS, design and development of USB and DA type selection, circuit design, program design and PCB board are introduced one by one.The training system is developed as the actual size of navigation equipments. Firstly, this paper introduces the developing process of data sampling card and the functions of MCU, FPGA, DDS, USB, DA modules. Self-developed data sampling cards, with 103 digital input channels,16 digital output channels,8 analog inputs,8 analog output channels, an graphic LCD control interface, three LCD Liquid Crystal Control Interface, an audio amplifier, data acquisition cards use USB and RS232 to communications with PC.Simulation software is the core of the development of simulation training system. The software is designed based on the LabVIEW development environment. In this paper, a detailed description has been done for the development of simulation software data communication, data acquisition, data display and playback. Specially, the functions of USB driver and Morse simulation under lab VIEW environment are illustrated.Finally, the medium wave navigation training simulation training system has been tested. It is shown that the system can be a high degree of simulation objectives navigation machine, and to be stable and reliable to the design requirements.
