Train control network is one of the key technologies EMU responsible for train control, diagnostic and monitoring information sharing, the relationship between the safety of trains and passengers ride comfort, its great significance. With EMU toward high speed, automation and comfort-oriented direction, the train control network needed to meet the new demand passenger information transmission and remote diagnostics, the existing train control network communication bandwidth is limited, has been difficult to meet the new requirements under a large amount of data transfer. ARCNET network has a fast, deterministic, scalability, and support for long-distance transmission and other characteristics, is very suitable for real-time process control, has been successfully applied to CRH2control network and train control networks become an important development direction.This paper through the use of current advanced LabVIEW software simulation techniques to CRH2EMU as the research object, CRH2EMU communications network topology model, build2M2T EMU ARCNET ring network topology model, simulation EMU train communication network information (such as train control, condition monitoring, fault diagnosis and other information) generation, transmission, switching and control processes, to achieve the train network communication system of pure software simulation, the final design developed with independent intellectual property rights of EMU virtual network communication system simulation platform for high-speed EMU localization control network technology has certain reference.Firstly, according to the current situation and trend analysis of the development of train control network; the application of ARCNET bus in train communication network. A detailed analysis of the technical characteristics, the working principle of ARCNET network,;the data transmission process, working mechanism, grasp the method and implementation of a communication principle, logic ARCNET token bus network.Secondly, design and development of a train network control simulation system, and the simulation of the system function modules, and the realization of each function module of network simulation system. The simulation of train level equipment using the LabVIEW software,\completed the central device simulation software, terminal device simulation software and monitor software, and define the data interface; at the same time, based on the Window OS the train level communication network simulation.Finally, train network set up in the use of the PC machine, the train network control system simulation test. The results show that:the ARCNET network technology can meet the requirements of train communication network; simulation system can successfully simulate the train control commands and response, vehicle equipment state monitoring, fault and collection and display and real-time information transmission functions, meet the design requirements.
