Haitong Company’s port logistic operational management system is an informational operation management system which not only meets real business development demand, but also innovates, integrates, extends and implements on the company’s current informational environment. Its’purpose is to improve task efficiency and business information accuracy and integration. This thesis gives detailed discussion to the system software design and implementation from the view of software development.First, this thesis discusses the software’s main function demands in detail, especially the ship operation management, storage space operation management and receiving operation management function. This software system establishes all the information needed by different functions and relationship within varied function operations through demand analysis. In software design part, according to demand analysis, it gives the system’s structure and each module’s internal transaction processing algorithm. Generally, this system is designed and developed based on client/server structure. The ship operation module finishes operation scheduling, operation resource requirement assessment, cargo operation statistics, ship schedule statistics and other computing analysis. The storage operation management module finishes storage operation planning, operation quantities statistics, improvement analysis, mechanical equipment operation assessment and other corresponding processing user cases. This software system uses C# programming to realize business flow oriented transaction processing, uses general relational database Oracle 10 to accomplish integrated accessing management to transactions’basic data and dynamic data, and uses relational data module to represent, visit and access data.In general this software’s design scenario can reliably and stably realize the system’s internal transaction processing and data mapping relations, efficiently separate business logic with data objects, and improve the software structure’s stability. The software has been put in practical running, and meets the system’s development requirement pretty well.
