Modern war has entered the era of information, which requires our forces should give quick feedback based on situation during the command of military logistics activities. At present, in the military operations command and other military activities, people in most case draw situation picture on paper maps through the traditional way. Not only the efficiency is low. but also it’s very difficult to let the relevant staff to be trained in a dynamic way. In order to solve this problem, the development of a new computer simulation system which can display campaign situation picture dynamically and allow the relevant researchers deduce evaluation of military logistics activities is very necessary.Firstly, the feasibility and the actual demand analysis of logistics simulation system is introduced. After that, the B/S architecture is applied to the development of the Logistics simulation system. Flex is responsible for front-end interface display, in which we can develop a whole set of painting tool of drawing situation picture, show the campaign situation dynamically and a real time statistical analysis tool etc. easily. However, at back-end Spring and Hibernate architecture technology is used for handling complex logic and interact with the database. During the period of running tasks a large number of interactive behaviors will emerge among terminals. We use interfaces provided by Apache Mina to process the network communication between the terminals, which greatly improves the concurrent processing ability of the system. At the persistence layer Oracle database is designed to store the information of transport entities, logistics equipment and logistics solution and so on, to facilitate future query. In addition, in order to improve the performance of the system, in the system design stage some realization is optimized.Then, we according to the situation during the period of system design which has been discussed above to implement system and necessary test. After verification, the needs of users are meted in this system basically. Generally speaking, this system provides users with a full set of standard situation painting tools and a real-time statistical analysis tool for reserve and consumption and other related information in the deduction process. Most importantly, a software simulation platform is provides for related researchers in this system which allow user to join a dynamic evolvement of military logistics activities. In other word, this system helps to improve the quality of related research and training work.
