The Research And Implementation Of Some Emergency Logistics' Key Technology

The emergency logistics system is a special logistic action in order to provide the emergency material to deal with incidents. There are two aims that emergency logistics systems want to reach. The first is to dealing with incidents at the best early start-time, the second is to reduce the total cost of dealing with these sudden public incidents as it can.As one expanded part of the funding project of the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, The Development and Demonstration of Logistics Key Technology of Information System of Enterprise,granted number 03dz15007, this paper lucubrated and gave out a feasible method for the location of emergency service facility and the dispatch of emergency material. And it also implemented an emergency logistics system with emergency in the background that using the research result get by this paper.For the location of emergency service facility, this paper introduced the progeny that have been gotten until now firstly, and then studied the problem of location of emergency service multi-facilities with deadline thoroughly, which is the most representative and has the greatest signification. The paper studied the model of the location of emergency service multi-facilities with deadline, and analyzed the deficiencies of the existing solutions, and then gave out and implemented a new search method that based on ACO(Ant Colony Optimization).
