With the appearance of Renren, QQ, Wechat, Weibo and other social media, share becomes an indispensable part of daily life. Particularly, the share of photos wins people’s favor. But its process is more complicated, which needs us to research a faster and more convenient photo-sharing platform. QQ and Wechat published the user-state are complex, for example, have a limit on the number of photographs, Weibo is the limit with words, their common shortcoming are not allow to show their photos to non-friend users of the platform, and are difficult to achieve multi-dimensional rendering of the same event. Based on the existing social platforms defect analysis, the author design this system to achieve a comprehensive and efficient photo-sharing platform. The system is designed based on user location information and photo sharing features, not only has the picture sharing capabilities to their friends, but also has the function to show with the neighbor user. This system was named social camera. Compared with the existing social software, this design greatly simplified the process of users to share pictures, effectively raising the event dimensional rendering, and has a very high commercial value.This paper discusses the project requirements and technical route of the project, the technical part is mainly to discuss the development of client’s APP and the design of server-side. Client based in part on Android, the server uses the LAMP construction, Photo-sharing platform system is in Android platform through the application server to establish related communication-s to upload to share the photo album and report the user’s location, then the server will classify the information summary. The main technical difficulty of server-side is how to do push near the album to users, the method is to Sort the location information which users upload, the urban community orcommercial street is base cell and then calculated the vicinal users and push relevant albums. According to the database design requirements and analysis of algorithms, build some datasheet in server and design caching table to solve the problem. Overall, this paper not only expounds how the android platform using the client to interact with the server information. Realizing the sharing of photos, but it also summerize the market demand of social camera. At last, I will conclude thesis reseach and put forward places that can be modified and extended. The paper points out the next step of work. This system has a strong user experience and broad market prospects. After testing, the system successfully implements the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the project, no obvious bugs, at last successfully created a good platform for photo sharing.
