Design And Implementation Of Interactive Real-estate Website Based On Unity3D

With the rapid development of the estate industry, especially the country policy regulation on the estate industry in recent years, industry competition is increasingly serious. While the estate propaganda is an important part of the sustainable development of estate enterprises, the traditional display methods, such as performance graph, planar graph, sand table, example room and so on, already cannot meet the buyers’ requirements for the estate information. So to accurately grasp market trends, actively adopt new technologies and rapidly convert into propaganda, is the real way to be advance and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Aiming at how to better propagate the estate information and improve the estate enterprise competitiveness, the current situation of the estate propaganda, the network technology and development of virtual reality technology were analyzed in this paper. An interactive estate exhibition system based on Unity3D was designed and developed which creatively combines the portal website and the estate information of the estate enterprises, implements the 3D interaction of the estate information, and better completes the estate enterprise publicity function.The system uses B/S mode and ASP. NET technology to develop the enterprise portal website, based on the Visual Studio 2010 development platform, and uses C# programming language to realize the news announcement, estate industry exhibition, user register and login and other functions of the estate enterprise. The SQL sercer2008 is used to develop the database, carry on the effective management to the website data and realize the basic functions of the enterprise portal website. For the estate information 3D interactive module, firstly the 3ds max 3D modeling software is used to establish the 3D model and the corresponding decoration according to the actual data of the estate information, and then the Unity3D game engine is used for interactive design and development to realize using the mouse and keyboard to control the first-person visual angle or the third person in the three-dimensional virtual estate property to roam interactively, finally released into a Web display form and embedded into the corresponding module of the portal website.Through the system design and development the consumers can learn the estate enterprise culture and do virtual roaming on the estate apartment layout through the real-time interactive way at the same time, which meets the full range of experience on the estate information and takes excellent propaganda effect.
