Design And Implementation Of Cooperative Office System For China Railway 18th Bureau

With the continuous development of information technology and office automation system in the application of government departments, enterprises and institutions, the informatization construction of China Railway 18th Bureau Group is becoming more and more important for the group leadership. The goal of the system construction is to be able to meet the needs of daily office for the departments at all levels, realize the standardized management for head office, the branch and the project department, and provide accurate information resources of the decision analysis for the development of the enterprise。This paper sufficiently researched on the construction statement of the cooperative office informatization system at home and abroad, and mainly focused on the analysis of the advantage and disadvantage aspects of the cooperative office system in current domestic mainstream. In the same time, we made further argument on the feasibility of the system combined with the actual work needs, and confirmed the requirements and technical plan of the system. The system was divided into document management module, fixed assets management module, comprehensive administrative management module and so on. The system used the J2EE development platform for system development, used Oracle database as the data management tools, used SSH lightweight framework as the main development framework. We designed the system architecture with some key technology, such as the workflow engine, enterprise service bus, unified identity authentication, etc, This paper gives the detailed function design, interface design and database design for each function module. In system testing phase, we mainly used the unit test, function test and performance test under the cluster and the non-cluster environment. The test results show that the system can meet all the functional and performance requirements in the system requirements specification.The operating results of the system show that the design and development of cooperative office system for China Railway 18th Bureau Group can reach the expected target, and all of the running indexes can meet the practical needs, and the system can realize cross-platform deployment. The implementation of the cooperative office system can improve the office quality and the efficiency of business processing for China Railway 18th Bureau Group.
