Abstract/Summary:
Switching power is firstly supply AC into DC power,then the inverse DC into AC,the rectified DC voltage to the desired output. Switching power is move to small,intelligent and integrated direction in the future.The paper uses a computing speed and high- precision digital control system microprocessor DSP core,composed of digital PID controller,which uses digital signal microprocessor effective control of the power supply circuit technology.Circuitry using this technique has the following characteristics:high accuracy,high reliability, Flexibility large, Easy scale integration, availability of high-performance indicators。The paper on the designed digital switching power supply has carried on the concrete design of hardware and software,through test proved that the scheme with PID controller can guarantee the stability of the power supply system,quickness and accuracy,make the system circuit design more simple and more versatility.First,the paper analyzes the current switching power supply development,to determine the significance of research based on DSP and FPGA digital switching power supply,and from digital switching overall program power to design diagram,with the traditional switching power to do a comparison,analysis gifted inferior.The traditional analog switching power supply voltage and current feedback signals do PID algorithm,using a dedicated chip pulse width modulation control. Voltage and current signals from a given microcontroller or potentiometer to provide the voltage and current feedback signals from the sampling circuit in the main circuit collection,such that the circuit will reduce the accuracy and versatility,the circuit is more complex,high cost.In this paper, DSP and FPGA technology to do digital PID regulator to control the chopper feedback signals to control the main loop and then generate PWM wave through the PID algorithm.In order to make the power supply guarantee high voltage regulation accuracy,A/D converter must adopt high-speed sampling,in order to complete the high-speed sampling will produce large computation,the core of the whole system for data processing algorithm based on DSP and FPGA technology,its sampling and computing speed is fast, powerful, that the real-time response ability of winner of the loop.Hardware is mainly composed of DSP board and ADC board,ADC board is mainly responsible for the voltage current signal acquisition and A/D conversion,and the FPGA technology to control the ADC,thus avoiding the high-speed sampling due to the load of DSP.DSP board and will read ADC sampling do PID feedback signals,and produces PWM wave to control the switch speed,so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting voltage and current, make the system stable.Finally,contrast test paper designed digital switching power supply and the traditional analog switch power supply.Test results show that the digital switch power supply high precision,stable running,and has the characteristics of convenient for integration,miniaturization, has good practical value and broad prospects for development.
