At present, the domestic vendors'production of high-power switching supply is less, which is mainly limited in power capacity level in the 2000A or below. Mean while, because of high price of foreign manufacturers of similar equipment and huge market's demand, high power and the level of advanced control technology are urgently needed. Part of the high power switching power supply companies'control technology is limited by hard-switch converter and the analog volume control mode, in terms of reliability, electromagnetic compatibility and interference, as well as obvious limitations of productions'processing structure, and inconvenient to the upgrading of existing products.The paper's research is based on TI's TMS320LF2407A as the core digital volume control system, ZVZCS high-frequency phase-shifted full-bridge soft-switching high-power switching power supply of advanced control technology is designed. The 20V/1500A switching powering supply design program is described; the relatively advanced control algorithms are explored and calculated; different forms of circuit topologies advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and compared; how to optimize the existing technology level is further addressed, in order to higher levels of the switching power supply is provided; how to reduce switch losses, reduce electromagnetic interference, improve power efficiency and unit power density to further are worked out; more complex control algorithms of using full-digital control method are achieved, the whole system with a higher level of stability and greater flexibility because it is used real-time communication and network, the continuous development of industrial field for high-quality switching power supply is required.Two aspects are mainly covered of this paper: Firstly, control circuit and drive circuit are designed and optimized; secondly, main power circuit is designed, control algorithm of control circuit is optimized, the main circuit topology is calculated and Selected, high-frequency transformer is selected and designed, the thermal of main power unit is designed.A high frequency water-cooled switching power supply example experimental prototype of 20V/1500A based on TMS320LF2407 is produced, which has advantages of relatively compact system architecture, highly digital integration, high efficiency and good cooling effect and in the whole range of the load, the prototype the bridge delay arm of the zero-current switching is worked out, and a high conversion efficiency achieved. Constant voltage and current switch from each other is made, output current with zero-starting function, output current with a continuously smooth adjustment to rated current is made. The performance index of the power is strictly controlled under of requirements in the industrial field, which includes steady flow, regulation accuracy (≤1%), ripple coefficient (≤1%), power factor (≥0.93, full load), etc.
