The Visual Basic uses Adode for the ACCESS database connection, making management personnel and customers query and update in real time.This paper firstly introduces the system requirement analysis, feasibility study, functional planning, etc., and then introduces the system structure, various kinds of technology, the concept of database, logical design, system main module design, At last it tests each system of the function with Visual Basic and Access 2000.The operation and use of this system basically meet the need of the hotel guest room managers and satisfy the need of design effect, which obtain high praise from the personnel concerned.
