At present, the development of the electronic technology is very rapid, along with the development of sensors together to promote the development of machine intelligence and automation industry. The life of people more and more cannot do without the electronic device, such as a personal computer, flat panel computer and mobile phone etc... At the same time the embedded automatic control in industrial production and livestock and poultry breeding has also started. Which reduces the manpower greatly, at the same time, guarantees the high efficiency and low cost in production.In this paper, a multi parameter intelligent monitoring system of environment was be designed, which with the GSM SMS alarm function and aimed at the chicken farm of environment monitoring. The system can measure the indoor temperature, humidity and the harmful gas concentration in chicken farm. The system can complete the processing of air quality automatically. When a parameter or more beyond the normal range, the system can automatically control related equipment (fan, a heating device, a humidifying device) action.In order to monitor the indoor air quality better and ensure that it can be controlled and be found timely once the indoor air quality is not normal, the system can send more than one person at the same time. In this paper, the use and calibration of the sensor QS-01 was introduced detailedly. By this algorithm, the air quality can be detected more accurately. The design can be divided into two parts:the host controller and the quality of the indoor environment testing equipment. The host controller equipment mainly used to receive the data from collector and analysis processing. Collector is used to detect the indoor environment and send data to host controller.Firstly, this paper introduces the present situation of our country’s air quality monitoring device and analyzes the functional requirements of this design. According to the analysis, this paper put forward an effective solution. Then, According to the plan, this paper designed the hardware circuit. Finally, this paper designed the program based on hardware circuit. In order to measure the indoor air concentration of harmful gas more accurately, the paper used a algorithm to process the data. This device has a good man-machine interface, the users can learn to use and operation of the equipment easily.Through the use of numerous farmers shows that:the system is stable and reliable, data is accurate and reliable, small measurement error, and this system can nice to meet the needs of farmers.
