The Design And Implementation Of The Municipal Platform Based On Hybrid Mode

With the further development of information technology and mobile Internet technology in municipal industry, in order to achieve the informatization, and improve the modernization level of municipal administration, the municipal informatization construction has become an important way of municipal administration modernization. It is a good means of management by adopting smart terminal for the municipal inspection, but the traditional native mobile development model has some disadvantages, for example, high cost, low efficiency, poor adaptability, and bad upgrade experience etc., therefore it is necessary to explore a new mobile APP development model.The ShiZhengTong platform mainly provides the functions as municipal information upload, task distribution, task receiving, task feedback, management and maintenance of inspection and so on for municipal facility inspection personnel. This thesis develops ShiZhengTong mobile client software with hybrid mode, including the design and implementation of event report, message notification, and authority management etc., and also system evaluation. This project has successfully developed and deployed for application. For half a year of trial operation, the requirements for functionality, performance and security have been satisfied.The application of this project provides good support for all levels of leaders making decision in the city’s municipal industry after it is implemented, improves working efficiency of service sector, especially the inspection personnel, strengthens the supervision of municipal facilities, and makes municipal management more efficient, quickly and more convenient.
