With the continuous development and popularization of information technology and the internet, especially the emergence and continuous development of Web2.0 technology, participant’s individual factors affecting knowledge exchange and sharing of realistic academic community, such as sharing motivation, knowledge reserves and experience, and characteristic factors influence in their own discipline field, network academic community takes shape when learners use internet to communicate, exchange ideas, and share knowledge with each other. In recent years, researchers made a lot of research on network academic community from different angles. We find the research is relatively little from the discipline through referring to the related literature at home and abroad. Studies of academic discipline are not about some research of relationship in some subject, such as links of people, the studies of relationship between the two disciplines, such as analysis of interaction of Blog in between the field of library and information Science and other areas, rarely the research of the relationship among all disciplines. Therefore, exploring the network social relationship of all second level discipline of the network academic community is very valuable and significant, such as exploring the relationship among discipline from the broader academic perspective, enhancing interdisciplinary information exchange and communication for improving structure, and promoting the development among the various disciplines.According to the science network blog community as the research object, the main research questions are the following three aspects:(1) How is distribution of disciplines in the network academic community? How is the cohesion?(2) How is connection among disciplines of the network academic community? Such as, How many are the connection of a discipline and other disciplines? How much is the distance of "abstract" between disciplines?(3) Which are the core disciplines in the academic community, Which are the marginal disciplines?According to the above questions of research, the paper will made social network analysis of network academic community science relationships from the three angles, namely, the overall network research, the internal structure study and the individual center research. The overall network research includes degree, network density, network distance, and the visualization community map analysis. The internal structure study covers the core-periphery structure and a-density index model of condensing subgroup. The individual center research contains the point centrality, center degree, closeness centrality and the visualization community figure based on the three center degree.Through the social network analysis of the research issue, the paper gets the following conclusions:(1) Through the research of the overall network structure, there is a strong cohesion among the disciplines of the web of science blog.(2) Through the study of the core-periphery structure, there are a little core subject and a lot of marginal disciplines.(3) Through analysis of a-density index model of condensing subgroup, most subjects belong to a group.(4) Through the individual center research, the disciplines which are high levels of activity are obvious. The significance and value of the paper mainly is showed in the following aspects:(1) Because of the research object of this paper which is all the secondary disciplines of the blog community of the web of science blog, studying the social network relationship of which can explore the relationship among discipline from the broader academic perspective, enhance interdisciplinary information exchange and communication for improving structure, and promote the development among the various disciplines. (2) Through a-density index model of condensing subgroup, the blog community of the web of science blog can be divided into several subgroups, studying the relationship of each subgroup, providing some theoretical basis for building interdisciplinary.(3) Through the analysis of the core-periphery structure, ^identifying the core, marginal and isolated subject of the blog community, I can find out problems and deficiencies existing in the current network academic community, which has a certain reference value for the construction of the network academic community.
