With the development of science and technology and the demand of modern industrial development, the high-speed motor is used more and more widely, and three-dimensional digitization of high-speed motor component design is of great significance. The mold design of stator and rotor plate of high-speed motor plays an important role in the design of its components. Based on the project of “DW100 High-Speed Motor development” in Shijiazhuang technology bureau, the thesis aims at making a further research on the three-dimensional parametric design technology for progressive die of stator and rotor plate. And the research results can provide valuable reference for project appraisal and the rapid design and manufacture of high-speed motor.Based on ZW 3D which is the domestic high-end 3D software development platform and combined the part features of stator and rotor plate together with the design theory of progressive die, the thesis carries out the research and development of CAD system for progressive die of stator and rotor plate of DW100 high-speed motor. During the research,Visual Studio 2010 and C++ high-level programming language were adapted. Firstly, the design for the system implementation was demonstrated, including the concept of overall development, the creation of overall structure, the design of function module of the system etc; Secondly, the secondary development of ZW3 D technology was studied in details,such as the creation and link of dynamic library, API of ZW3 D and creation of dialog. And,combined the design theory knowledge of progressive die with high-level language programming and interface development technology, the process design and parametric design system of progressive die for stator and rotor of high-speed motor was developed.The system possesses a friendly user interface, when the designers type in the original design parameters, the system could quickly and flexibly complete the relevant analysis and calculation,as well as the parametric modeling of progressive die components. At the same time, the system has the certain data storage and prompt function, realizing 3D digitization and automation of the design process of high-speed motor’s progressive die.The system developed in this thesis can significantly improve the progressive die’s design efficiency of stator and rotor plate, providing an important reference value and objective guidance for the mold design and manufacture of motor industry, as well as accomplishing useful technical supplement to system development of three-dimensional parametric mold design of ZW 3D software platform.
