Design And Implementation Of The Motor Stator Detection System

The Motor-testing-system is a comprehensive testing platform which is developed and put into use after an assembly part of the factory's production,the motor stator,put into mass production,to meet the production requirement.Since being used,the efficiency has had a great improvement compared to the manual operation.But after years of using,we found that there are many factors which effect the test's efficiency and quality and various reasons which lead to the phenomenon of tampering with data of test.To improve the efficiency,increasing the accuracy and assure the authenticity,this paper transforms the testing way and structure of the Motor-testing-system and redesigns and optimizes its bundled software.The project is based on the new Motor-testing-system.Every detecting parts such as analysis-select-measure device and switches,and every control parts start or stop the slide control and detection of the controlled component.The software is used for implementing the testing steps,display,storage and printing the system's running status.Also,the software receives and stores the testing data as requested,makes conformance judgments to the received data according to the algorithm.And,it stores all the data to the database,so the data can be easily queried and printed.This paper studies on the new Motor-testing-system's control software and the storing and handling way of its data.By research the process of the device running and the information of the testing data,make requirements analysis and design of the software.The Visual Basic is used as the programming language and to reach the requirement of data's storage and query,the Microsoft Office Access is used as the database.This paper use Unified Modeling Language(UML)as the analysis and design description language,object-oriented development of Visual Basic.And it makes requirement analysis,system design,code implementation and system test of the Motor-testing-system's software.
